PRIVACY POLICY FOR COMPILATION OF THE CONTACT FORM PURSUANT TO ART. 13 OF REGULATION (EU) 2016/679

As the Controller pursuant to art. 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, Atlanta S.p.A., with registered office at Via Europa 13 – 40010 Sala Bolognese (BO), VAT no. 02144141203, e-mail atlantapackaging@legalmail.it, privacy@atlantapackaging.eu, hereby informs users about how their personal data obtained on compilation of the contact form is processed.

Data subjects

Users of the Internet services interested in contacting the controller and completing the contact form.

Data processed

Data included in the contact form, being identification data such as the name of the user, and contact data such as the personal e-mail address of the user. The data collected is limited to that strictly needed to satisfy the request, as the controller respects the minimisation principle established in art. 5 of the European Regulation.

The controller will process the data provided in order to contact the user about the request made.

Purposes of processing

  1. 1. The personal data input to the contact form by the user, freely and voluntarily, will be used to respond to the requests submitted by the user or to satisfy the request for contact made on the form;
  2. 2. The personal data sent voluntarily by the user may also be used, following consent from that party, to provide product update information to the user.

Nature of the provision of personal data

The provision of personal data for the purpose indicated in point 1) is mandatory, in order to respond to the request from the user, while the provision of personal data for the purpose indicated in point 2) is optional. However, failure to provide such data would make it impossible for the controller to pursue further the purposes of processing.

Lawfulness of processing

  • The lawfulness of processing the personal data for the purpose indicated in point 1) is founded on the provisions of art. 6, para. 1.b), of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, being the execution of pre-contractual measures taken at the request of the data subject;
  • The lawfulness of processing the personal data for the purpose indicated in point 2) is founded on the provisions of art. 6, para. 1.a), of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, being the freely given, express consent of the user that may be revoked at any time.

Methods of processing

The data is processed using automated procedures or, in any case, using telematic means with hard-copy support, by internal or external personnel, duly appointed and authorised, who have promised to maintain its confidentiality. The data is processed and retained using suitable tools that guarantee its security, completeness, accuracy and confidentiality, via the adoption of adequate security measures pursuant to the regulations.

Retention period

The data will be retained for 2 years from transmission of the contact request.

Communication, dissemination, transfer

The data collected will not be disseminated, sold or exchanged with third parties without express consent from the data subject, unless communicated to authorised third parties that have promised to maintain its confidentiality or, if applicable, have been appointed as processors pursuant to art. 28 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679. A complete, up-to-date list of processors is available, upon request, in the manner indicated in this policy. The data may be communicated to the competent authorities in accordance with the law.

The data will not be transferred outside of the European Union.

Rights of data subjects

Data subjects have the right, at any time, to access their personal data and to request its rectification, update or erasure. It is also possible to object to processing and request its restriction.
