  1. Loose product feeding, arriving in-line, on a crossover infeed conveyor, or at 90°
  2. Inserter device unit.
  3. Magazine: the blank is taken from the magazine by a suction cup system.
  4. The box is formed around the product with consecutive folds, while passing along the production line.
  5. The box/tray goes through the neutral or printed film wrapping unit with a bar that can be adjusted according to the height of the product.
  6. Film feeding by means of a pair of rollers powered by a brushless motor.
  7. Film cutting with rotary system and precision blade.
  8. Heat-shrink tunnel with heat anti-dissipation pre-chamber and turbulence control technology.
